Shred-it announced plans to grow its UK sales turnover to more than £35 million next year following a substantial improvement this year.
The company has been operating in the UK for 10 years, and has 15 locations throughout the country. The company, headquartered in Manchester, opened a Shred-it branch in Nottingham, The company plans to open new branches at locations in South Wales and Norfolk during the coming year.
Robert Guice, executive VP, Shred-it UK, said: "This has been a momentous year for our UK business, which has flourished as public and private sector organizations have grown more aware of the financial and reputational risks associated with breaches of confidential data.
"Our plans for growth include the opening of new branches in such key locations in South Wales and Norfolk, moves which will help us maintain our level of local service to new and existing customers in these areas of the UK," Guice added.
