Robert Guice
Senior VP Sales, Service & Operations, UKRobert Guice joined Shred-it in 2004. He is responsible for overseeing Shred-it's operations in the European and Middle Eastern markets, which includes 30 branches in six European countries and two branches in the Middle East and Africa region.
Mr. Guice has expertise in sales, sales management and business management. Prior to joining Shred-it, he served as Sales and Marketing Director for the UK branch of an international records and information management company. He has also held management positions in the United Kingdom and internationally in the telecommunications, and IT industries. Mr. Guice has managed global accounts and led multi-discipline teams in his previous roles.

President and CEORob Warshauer, the President and CEO of Securit, has over 20 years of experience working with public and private companies in a wide range of industries. Rob has advised boards of directors and management teams on a variety of strategic and operational matters.
Most recently Rob has served as the president and member on the board of directors of Lighting Science Group Corporation, a publicly traded advanced technology lighting company. Previously, he was managing director and a member of the board of directors of Giuliani Capital Advisors and senior managing director and a member of the board of directors of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
Rob has an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BSBA in Business and Accounting from Bucknell University.

Chief People and Performance OfficerAs CPPO, Susan is responsible for ensuring the field sales and operations leaders have the direction, programs and tools to build our business today and for the future.
Ms. Robinson joined Securit in 2004, bringing over 20 years of expertise in human resource management to the company. Her experience spans several industries including the technology, telecommunications, healthcare and financial services sectors. Key elements in Ms. Robinson’s former positions included ensuring organization effectiveness, leadership assessment and development, education and training, labour relations, recruitment and staffing and communications.
A graduate of the executive and industrial relations programs at Queen’s University, Ms. Robinson also has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University. She is Past President of the Canadian Human Resource Planner’s Association; Founding Chair of the Canadian Training Director’s Forum and presently sits on the Learning Partnership’s Board of Directors.

Senior Vice President and Chief Information OfficerDelvin Fletcher is the Chief Information Officer at Securit and is responsible for IT strategy and architecture for the organisation, overseeing all applications, systems, IT operations and business process engineering work.
Mr. Fletcher's background includes over 20 years of consulting, change management, strategic planning, IT architecture and leadership, system design and implementation, and operations management experience.
Prior to joining Securit in 2004, Mr. Fletcher was President of his own IT consulting firm from 2001-2004. He was previously CIO of OSF Inc. and has also held management and consulting roles with Rubbermaid Inc. and BearingPoint.
He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto and is both a Registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Securit's Board of Advisors, who has provided guidance to the organization for fifteen years, has assumed the role of Board of Directors. Robert H. Riviere has been appointed Chair of the Board. Mr. Riviere is a retired executive from the Royal Bank of Canada, where his career spanned 41 years.
Securit is served by a group of highly experienced professionals on its Board.
