Shred-it M4 Corridor Forgoes Cards for the Benefit of Underprivileged Kids

Much as we all love sending and receiving Christmas cards... don't you ever wonder whether our resources could be more constructively spent?

That’s why at Shred-it M4 Corridor, we make a donation to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) instead of sending Christmas cards to our clients.  This donation increases each year in line with the growth of our business.  Besides contributing to a very worthwhile cause, as a company committed to recycling it also follows our environmentally-friendly corporate ethos.

Our clients fully support this approach. This is what Yve Bunn, Senior Administrator at Elsevier in Camberley said:

"Just a quick email to thank you for letting your customers know about your donation to the NSPCC as an alternative to sending out Christmas cards to us all. This is a much more 'human' approach than sending e-cards or 'happy holiday' cards, and your choice of charity means a lot to me personally as the NSPCC now shelters ChildLine under its wings."
